Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned in its original packaging

Because our products are ceramic mugs, we recommend carefully repacking the item to prevent damage during the return process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service through your local post office to ensure the safe return of your item.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your mug arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us within a few days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

Our support team will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take up to 7 business days to complete the refund.

Store Credit

Customers may also choose to receive a store credit instead of a refund. Store credits will be sent as a discount code via email after the return has been processed.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 20 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Exchange requests are typically processed within 2–3 business days after the returned item is received.

Price Differences for Exchanges

If the replacement item costs more than the original item, the price difference must be paid before the replacement can be shipped.

If the replacement item costs less than the original purchase, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Late Returns

Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

Any items returned outside of this period may be sent back to the customer.

Return Shipping Method

When returning an item, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking number until the return has been completed.

This helps ensure your package can be located if needed.
