Our ceramic mugs are available in two sizes:

Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes. Our ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe, making them easy to clean after daily use.
Are the mugs microwave safe?
Yes. Sikroe mugs are microwave safe, so you can safely heat coffee, tea, or other beverages.
Is the design printed on both sides of the mug?
Most designs are printed so they can be visible while holding the mug in either hand. Please check the product images to see the exact design placement.
Will the print fade over time?
Our mugs feature high-quality printed designs made for normal everyday use. Proper care will help maintain the design over time.

What if the mug size feels different than expected?
Ceramic mug sizes (11 oz and 15 oz) follow standard capacity measurements. Slight differences in dimensions may occur due to the ceramic manufacturing process.

How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping:
7–14 working days – $4.99
Express Shipping:
5–8 working days – $10.99
We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $99.

Will I need to pay customs or import taxes?
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my package is delayed?
International shipping may occasionally experience delays due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier issues. We always do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe.
What happens if no one is available to receive my package?
If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may leave a delivery notice so you can arrange redelivery or collect your package from a local depot.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the order has been shipped.
Returns & Refunds
What if my mug arrives damaged?
If your mug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at:

Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when sending items back.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days after the returned item is received. Your bank may take up to 7 business days to complete the refund.
Can I exchange my mug?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 20 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
What if my return package is lost?
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
What if my return request is sent after 30 days?
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.
